The Bagatelle Kalahari Boutique Farmhouse is on the same farm as the Bagatelle Kalahari Game Ranch. The two entrances are directly opposite each other on the D1268. From the entrance gate, it takes about 5 minutes’ drive on the sand road into the reserve to reach the Bagatelle Kalahari Boutique Farmhouse.
The four luxury rooms all have views overlooking the dunes and pan. The standard rooms all have the same facilities and amenities, it is only the views that differ. Luxuriate in the pristine natural setting surrounding the lodge. Relax on the spacious terrace for a sundowner, overlooking the infinity pool and pan beyond, before dinner in the dining room.

4 x Luxury Rooms
One room can take 2 extra beds, becoming a quad room and other three can take 1 extra bed, making them triple rooms.
4 x Standard Rooms
Two of the standard rooms can take one extra bed, making it a triple room.
1 x The Villa
Comprises of 3 rooms. Two of these double rooms can take up to 2 extra single beds, making them quad rooms. The villa does not have to be booked ‘sole use’.
Activities
San Guided Walk
Explore the dunes, search for creatures big and small that call this desert environment home and visit a bushman demonstrational village, where handmade crafts are available for sale, with a guide.
Morning Scenic Drive
Discover the amazingly diverse wildlife and vegetation of the spectacular red dune landscape.
Sundowner Nature Drive
The thrill of spotting wildlife amid undulating red dunes, then enjoy a cool sundowner atop one.
Cheetah Excursion
Learn more about cheetah conservation in Namibia, and how Bagatelle works with the Cheetah Conservation Foundation. This is an excellent opportunity to photograph the fastest land animal. You can combine the Cheetah excursion and the Sundowner Nature Drive as well.
Night Drive
Spot unusual nocturnal animals such as Aardvark, Bat Eared Fox, Owls, and other small game.
Guided Horse-Back Safari

Driving Instructions
From Windhoek and the North:
Take the B1 southwards.
Turn left onto C20, 12km before Mariental.
After 12km, turn left onto D1268 (gravel).
Drive 25km to the Bagatelle Kalahari Game sign.
Entrance to Bagatelle Kalahari Boutique Farmhouse is opposite the Game Ranch entrance. Continue 3-4km into the dunes.
From Keetmanshoop and the South:
Take the B1 northwards past Mariental.
Turn left onto C20, 12km before Mariental.
After 12km, turn left onto D1268 (gravel).
Drive 25km to the Bagatelle Kalahari Game sign.
