BüllsPort offers the perfect accommodation in the hiking paradise of the Naukluft Mountains, whether you prefer the comfort of a lodge or the closeness of nature at the campsites, just 3 km away in the mountain wilderness. BüllsPort Lodge offers a welcoming and family-friendly atmosphere with modern amenities, including good Wi-Fi, hearty farm cuisine, and spacious rooms. The lodge features 12 well-appointed rooms, including two triple and two family rooms, with an average room size of 45m2. The rooms, featuring separate bathrooms and toilets, are simply and attractively designed, offering plenty of space, a seating area, and a private veranda for relaxation.

Camping all to yourself, in the middle of nature, without sacrificing the comfort of your own shower and flush toilet: Set in the private nature reserve of BüllsPort Lodge & Farm, guests can experience the tranquillity and beauty of the Naukluft Mountains undisturbed. Unlike many campsites in Namibia, they are located in the middle of the wilderness, about 3 kilometres from the lodge reception.

From a walk along the dry river to a day hike in the mountains: there are 14 trails to choose from. Thanks to good trail markings and maps, you can explore the nature of the Naukluft on your own or with a guide. Access to the private nature reserve and use of the hiking trails on your own is free of charge for lodge and camping guests.

Riding

Riding

Whether riding lessons or rides for beginners (max. 45 min.), whether a relaxed sundowner ride or a challenging day ride for advanced riders (1.5 to 8 hours): At BüllsPort, every horse lover gets their money’s worth. The horses are well-trained, sure-footed and pleasant to ride. A trained riding guide and equipment are provided. Please note: In line with international standards, a maximum weight of 90 kg per rider applies. Kindly book all rides in advance, as the horses often graze in the veld.

Give & Take Excursion to ǂNabasib School

The ǂNabasib Primary School cordially invites you to gain an insight into the everyday life of a Namibian government school and experience facets of Namibia’s cultural diversity. The amount you pay to the school for your experience will help with the purchase of missing school utensils. Drive in your own car (one way is 15 km). Not possible at weekends and during school holidays. Bookings must be made well in advance.

Driving Instructions

BüllsPort Lodge & Farm is located in the Naukluft Mountains, in the south-central part of Namibia, at the T-junction of C14 and D1206. It is accessible with a sedan, but SUVs and 4x4s are more comfortable and advantageous in Namibia.
