Divava Okavango Resort & Spa
Kavango
The Popa Falls, though seemingly modest with their 1.2km stretch of tumbling rapids and a gentle descent of about 4 meters, wield profound significance along the Okavango River, casting an enchanting spell that beckons travelers from far and wide. Here, at the intersection of sound and land, Divava invites guests to immerse themselves in the allure of this natural spectacle.
Visitors to Divava Okavango Resort & Spa can take a boat trip along the river, which unveils a different perspective, where hippos and crocodiles often make cameo appearances. For those seeking a broader canvas of wildlife, the nearby Mahangu and Bwabwata National Parks await.
Back at the lodge, the Mystique Spa becomes a haven of rejuvenation after a day of adventure.

Mahangu Game Drive
This small national park borders Botswana, and is only a 10 minute drive from the Lodge. Elephants, buffalo, lions and leopards are present in this Park, and easily spotted.

Buffalo Game Drive
Slightly less well-known than The Mahangu National Park, this Park has many narrow roads, which are not always accessible when the river is in flood, but offers amazing wildlife sightings.

Fishing
Catch and release Tigerfish, Tilapia and Catfish on the Okavango River!

Popa Falls
The Popa Falls are a ‘fast-flowing rapid’ in most countries, and even though they are not the biggest falls in Namibia, they do provide a beautiful setting for sundowners, boat cruises or island lunches.

Village Tour
The inhabitants of the Kavango welcome visitors, and they love to share how they grow crops, prepare food and drink and go about their daily lives. This is an opportunity to learn about traditional village life, and culture.
